05 sport suspension, need lowering advice

OK, so I need to ask some of the lowering veterans around here for some input on lowering an 05 (with sport suspension). I want an conservative drop of no more than 1" (mainly so I can try and avoid needing a camber kit).

The G35 Tanabe NF210's have been recommended to me, but I see that the rear spring rate is significantly lower than mine. Will this be detrimental to my rears shocks? Will I suffer from understeer?

I have also heard a lot of good things about the 350z Tein S-techs. It looks like the spring rates on those are much closer to what mine are (but still slightly softer). Any input on these?

I would appreciate any and all feedback. Like I said, I am not looking to break the bank and I want a conservative drop. The whole issue of the 05 sports suspension is throwing me off, so please educate me a little.

Thanks in advance guys!

the tanabes are pretty soft so you'll your back end squishing around.. lots of members are happy of 350z s techs.. Beware that any springs that is specific to the 350z will lower the G by 1/2in more than what it advertises for the 350. They will work on your coupe. they also have g35 s techs as well.

thanks nghiars. yeah, i have read that 350z springs will lower an additional half inch, so i'm factoring that in.
