Bought some coilovers

Hey guys, I recently bought some coilovers, brand new that came with no instructions. (Eibach Pro Street S) I thought that the install would be pretty straight forward but I have issues piecing things together.. It looks like they don't have the top piece with the 3 prongs that bolt up inside the hood and the rear top plate that you bolt in the rear.. Do I use my own stock ones or what?
