i have an extra set of coils from a 350z. i also have a set on my sedan for an inch drop. i am thinking about dropping it more with coilovers but am not sure if i want to go lower. i want to cut a set of stock coils to lower it to decide if i like the look of my car lowered more. so i was wondering if anyone knows how much drop will accure if lets say half a coil was cut off or a full coil. on top of the inch that is.

uhh. did either one of you read my op. i said i was only cutting them to see if i like the look of my car lowered more. i do not want to spend the 125 fo the parts if i dont like the look. i want to cut them to look at them. then make my decision.

uh well then spend some time looking at pictures of g35s lowered and go from there

its not that hard of a decision

i don't know who doesn't like their car lowered (general term)

how low depends on the driver

and if u get coil overs u can raise and lower it so whats the point of ruining a perfectly good set of springs. Seems to me u want to do it the ghetto way and that was your way of "asking"...juss sayin'
