To those with stillen sway bars...

I'm curious what setting everyone is running their stillen sway bars at. I'm currently at the recommended starter setting of med/med but am thinking of going to the stiffest setting front/rear. Will I notice much of a difference? Is there a "best" setting?

Also, somewhat off topic...what is the purpose of adjustable endlinks? Are they necessary or just recommended?

Try stiff front, soft rear.
