Brakes/Rotors quick question

so its time to replace my front brakes. should i just get new pads? Do i need to resurface the front rotors? I think i read a while ago that the g's rotors can be resurfaced 1x before needing replacement. My somewhat local dealership charges 300ish for the whole job on the front which includes new pads and resurfacing. Is this an ok deal? Used to be 240.

That sounds a little too much for just a pad install and rotor resurface. I would buy the pads myself for less than $100 and follow the DIY in the link below:

As far as getting the rotors resurfaced, you can get them done at Pep Boys for very cheap (I think less than $30).
