How are the Tein H Tech springs on a 2nd gen sedan?

I've been told that if I want a softer spring but to still have a drop I should get Tein H techs or something along those lines. I wanted to know if anyone has them on their car and how they are compared to H&R, Eibach, tanabe and others. I don't know too much about spring rates but I'm trying to keep from having to go back to stock suspension, I can't deal with the eibach springs I have on now.

Also if you know of someone who has it on their 2nd gen sedan, I'd love to see pictures and hear feedback.
