Risk in Changing Rotors and not Changing Pads??

My front rotors are warped (once again) and rather than have them turned again I've opted to replace the front rotors with some newer slotted centric rotors. The pads however are not squealing and were replaced about 30K miles ago. Is there a danger to the new rotors if I don't replace the pads at the same time and leave the existing OEM pads, or is there a potential to do damage to the new rotors??

Depends whether there are pre-existing grooves on the old rotor or old pads. If they are smooth, you can simply scuff the pad surface with a 80-120 grit sandpaper and reapply them to the new rotors. It's generally not advised to use old pads on a new rotor surface.

Not recommended as the pad may not be 100% flush to the rotor and could have uneven wear. Especially if you had issues before. 30K on a set of pads is pretty good if they are stock brakes. I'd just swap them at the same time if it were me.

one of the main reasons it is not advised is b/c any debris or contamination embedded in the pads will be transfered to the new rotor. personally, i would swing for some new pads.

With 30K on them already, just replace them. You're going to be doing it soon enough anyway, so there's no point in possibly hurting your new rotors with old pads.
