Worn out Compression Rod Bushings..how long to wait

Worn out Compression Rod Bushings..how long to wait

need new bushings since mine are dried and starting to crack. How long can I drive until I need to really replace them? I am gettin new brakes on all 4 corners now

I have two young kids and HKS exhaust. I dont hear the noises I am more worried about suspension damage and ride. If I can wait a few more months, I will

when i changed the bushings out, i had also added the the plenum spacer at the same time, but i *felt* there was a better ride. i don't feel it much now since there's nothing to compare it to. i hang corners a lot and i believe it's a bit stiffer.

Nissan has issued a revised compression rod bushing to prevent premature wear/cracking on the bushing.

# If you are experiencing creaking noises or clunking from the front of the vehicle, these are often the culprits. These revised versions of the compression rod bushings will fix in most cases these issues. These are cheaper than purchasing the whole compression rod BUT this is for the inner bushing only, the outer ball joint on the compression rod which could also be broken or bad is only available by purchasing the entire compression rod.
