question about coilovers

i have a 07 g35 coupe and im planning on buying some coilovers ive taken interest in the tein basic coilovers and the BC racing coilovers. Daily drive but still want the handling performance. I had a question about dampening?? what is that and what else would i need to know about choosing one?

Get the BC racing. I just put mine on and love it. Ive got it set at 15 front and 20 rear. Also get a camber kit too.

its better to get one with dampening so you can adjust the ride comfort (soft - hard)
tein basics have a pre set dampening non adjustable
