Most likely not as it's not a very aggressive drop (even the 350z ones from what I've read) so long as you keep the toe in the right range the little camber that comes with the H-techs shouldn't be too bad on your tire life
No.......you're good.
In consulting the Nissan Sport Techies and Infiniti Service Folks, any drop of .8 or less = no camber kit needed.........and it's true.
Check out thread #14 right next to this one for some of my pre-install research and post-install observations. Just had 'em installed earlier this month.
Get them!!! Now.

I needed front and rear camber kits for my Tein H-Tech drop. It really depends on how much camber/toe wear you're willing to accept. I also found my handling was increased significantly when my alignment was set correctly. You can make due without one, but like cremaster said you WILL want to go lower so you may as well bite the bullet and get them now.
This seems to be the most common question on these forums. I've come to the conclusion that you may as well just get camber kits for the front and rear to be safe. Personally I don't understand what the point of lowering your car is if it's going to be less than a 1" drop.
I dunno FLYIN501. 1.0 inches? .8 inches? What are we talking? .2?
Look, your point's well taken, except:
1. Euros in general, Germans in particular, love 20mm drops. Check around.
1 cm = .4 inches; 1 mm = .04 inches; and there are 10 mm in 1 cm.
2. The next M3 goes .4 inches lower.......10mm.
3. Best of all, just 2-3 weeks ago, Ray Evernham (Jeff Gordon's former crew chief) stated that a mere 1/32" made a tremendous difference in handling.
Granted, they're going 150-200 mph, when I consider a .8 front/.7 rear drop amounted to 20-25/32ds?
I was sold.
What say you?

I don't think many people here add springs for increased performance as there is very little noticeable difference when I had my z-htechs. Most do it to eliminate the ugly wheel gap and that is what he was referring to, and I agree that unless you are fine with wheel gap and being 4x4 status most springs will likely just not do it for you. I ended up taking off my z-htechs and switching to coilovers and then I get whatever ride height I want plus a very noticeable difference in handling and feel. Money much better spent than jumping back and forth on springs.
