Ok so finally after 2 yrs and ~30K miles of driving it's time to replace my Wilwood BBK pads.

I used the search feature here and no dice .

anyone out there actually done this before?
i'd really hate to mess up my BBK trying to compress the caliper.

i'm looking for a DIY or anything along those lines.

Any thoughts on how to compress the pistons without having to bleed the entire sytem or damage the caliper?

 

The guy that did that DIY did not use jack stands? I know he was just chaning pads, but I would not trust a jack to hold the car while I'm breaking loose caliper nuts.
