I didn't have the access to post this thread in the brakes and suspension so if this is the wrong section hopefully a mod could give me a hand.
This is a short and simple DIY, I decided to take a few photos and document my wheel adapter installation.
It didn't come to mind to take photos of the installation till after I already had the car jacked up and the wheel taken off, though that should be pretty self explanatory.
So step #1 would be to jack the vehicle up and removing the wheel

Than we would mount the wheel adapter

As you can see the wheel adapters are made to slip directly over the hub of G35's and 350z's.


After mounting you want to install the lug nuts in the same star shaped pattern ( 10 - 2 - 7 - 12 - 5 ) as you would your wheels. I found that the 19mm deep socket from my impact set works well. The adapters should be torqued down to 75-80 ft-lbs and this is a lot easier to do with someone applying the brake.


Than reinstall the wheel, lower the vehicle and torque the lug nuts.

Nice to see you trying to help out, but seriously? If someone can't figure out this install then they need to give up with cars.

there are some people out there that will get it wrong or have a hard time with this...not everyone knows everything 

Yeah, it's true, the installation is very simple. But for the those who are unfamiliar with the process having a guide (with photos) makes things that much easier.

so i just jack it up from the side rails

I know a guy who jacks his car up using his muffler. Than again it is a tin can of a miata :P

Wait a minute thats a wheel spacer or adapter? is there a difference.. I never seen something like that. I heard if you get a wheel spacer then you need to switch out your lug studs to longer ones but this one already had lug studs on it and you just bolted it right up? I def want to get these.
you're correct a wheel spacer would sandwich itself between the hub and the wheel and would need extended studs depending on its thickness. While wheel adapters are bolted to the hub and have protruding studs for wheel installation

quick question. i just purchased a set of 30mm czp spacers for my rear. When i put them on there is slight movement. Meaning its not perfectly centered, so i centered it as much as i could and tighten the bolts down, but how do i make sure its properly centered? is it normal to be a bit off? the guy i bought them from said its for our cars and bolts on with no problem.
