There's lots of info on this topic if you want to dig a bit.
That said this is a very mild drop and completely fine for a DD car.

the spring rates are different i read somewhere through my countless hours of searching that it wont be the same ride as G springs would be so it might not be as great as having 350z shocks and 350z springs thats what i did i have an 06 350z suspension with Z HandR springs

I have a set of 06 350z springs with the revised spring rates if you're interested. From what I've read on the boards, the consensus seems to be that these springs will drop a sedan about 1" and the coupe about .5". Most drops over 3/4 of an inch will require a camber kit in the rear to get it back into spec, so these springs aren't a bad idea if you don't want to deal with camber issues.

NOTE!: Any aftermarket 350Z spring will lower a coupe a additional ½” over and beyond the published drop amount for the 350Z. For sedan owners, the same applies to you, except you will gain a additional 1”, not just ½”

G35 coupes with oem 17’s & 18’s

Wow... Thanks you guys for all the info. Well the reason why i dont want to get aftermarket is because i do not want to void my warranty. I want to lower it just a little thats all.

Oh.......and mine's also an 06 Coupe, pretty much loaded, excluding Nav and Satellite radio - Sport, Premium, Aero, Rear-Active Steering packages.

In other words, no issues with the RAS rack & pinion in the back, i.e., I think I've seen some folks allude to problems when installing Eibachs and/or muffler upgrades.

Can't remember which - stands to reason it's the muffler upgrade (most likely) - but, long story short, you'll be fine.

Which Carmax. I bought mine at a Carmax also and my car is still covered with all the things I have done to it!
