Need help tire grooving out!!!!

so i lowered my car 2" in front and 1.5" in rear. i had stock 19s on it and when i took the ones on the front off there was a 1/2 inch groove carved into the inner sidewall of my left tire. I replaced those wheels with some 20s the other day and now im carving a groove on the top inside of the tire. I cant figure out what its grinding on. I hear no rubbing noise or anything like that at all. I know i need to get a camber kit but if i do then ill have to roll my fenders to get a 0 camber and my 20s still fit. Has anyone else had this problem? if so help me figure out something i can do till i can afford to buy the camber kit cause right now its gonna eat my tires alive if i leave it alone. thanks for the input.
