i'm looking for a coilover kit

suggestions? i know nothing about cars really. but i have a friend who works on cars and said he can put them on for me. would something like this be sufficient? then i'll just take them to him. i want to be able to adjust my ride height.

Tanabe's Pro S-OC are a good choice. Go to Evasive, they have great service there.
