I don't see a brand on the rotors and don't know anything about posi-quiet pads. My advice would be to stay away. Go with proven brands. Brakes and tires aren't something you want to skimp on.

Ok I bought the centric premium blank rotor from tirerack and I'm very satisfied. Braking like my old one whit no noise.
