vdc/slip/abs need to find the source

so ive searched around the forum trying to pin point what could possibly be the cause of this problem but ive tried to fix them with the remedies given but none work.
the lights come on after about 2 minutes of driving but if i turn the vdc off before they do so that none of the others pop up and it works but when i do this, my brakes begin to act funny. when pressing on the brakes while driving, they are very hard to push in until a certain point then they sink. and while they are hard to press in, there is also a ticking noise.

anyone have a clue as to what could be the source of this problem?

Check pad level??? Or fluid level, which often indicates pad wear.

Long shot, but what kind of tires and what size are they? All at good tire pressure and no punctures?

This could possibly related to a faulty wheel sensor.

tire sizes are 225/40/R19 for the front and 245/45/R19 for the rear.
the rear is larger than stock, but could that really trip the lights?

yes i also considered the wheel speed sensor but i just dont know how to go about checking them since there are 4 of them and they run about 120 a piece.
