G35 coupe 05 ideas coilovers
I was wondering what kind of coilovers I could get for 700 - 900 that are good for daily driving. Not for racing. and excluding tien basics. thanks guys
+1 I paid $450 before they went up.
I have MDU brand G/Z coilovers. Good parts.
These ride firm, tight & smooth on the 03 sedan.
With spring rate (10Kg/mm, 7Kg/mm) which is 560 lb/in F; 390lb/in R I find are a comfort/sport range for daily rider.
I recommend MDU as best buy if bought @$520/ebay/racingfirst

They might be cheap in price but from what I've seen that's all that's cheap about them..many guys using them that are slammed and stanced and I havmt heard anything bad..ill be able to tell myself though in a week when my set get here =)
I have heard some talk about rattles with the mdu coilovers but its always fixed by the tightening of some bolt and or adjusting the preload on them. And some just go away on their own once they've settles like 50 miles or so

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

I wouldn't buy the Tanabe Sustec Pro OCs. You'll want adjustable dampening and they don't have that feature. I have the Pro 5s and really like them but they're not under $1000.
