Wierd noise when turning right?

Getting a weird noise when turning right (haven't heard it when turning left) and then when I straighten back out its almost like 2 bumps or knocks in quick succession coming from the drivers side front. Not sure if its the wheel, tire, suspension, etc, etc.

I don't think this is the knocking sometimes associated with camber arms but I may be wrong... seems to me this wouldn't happen when I straighten up or turn but when going over some bumps and such.

Anyone heard something like this before? Just seems wierd its only when straightening up (and driving forward) that I hear them after making pretty much 90 degree right turns.
