BBK Installed Breaking is weird

I installed my BBK and whenever I'm breaking it feels normal until I slow down to about 40km/h and down. It kinda like stutters and it feels like it's breaking and stopping, then breaking and stopping. Almost a bouncy feeling. What could cause this? Warped rotors would make the car shake and it's definitely not that feeling.

It sounds like your abs is kicking in from some reason.

I also installed SPC front and rear camber kit if that matters. Now that I think of it, it probably is the ABS. No ABS lights come on however.
