Eibach Sportline Spring on Sedan Sport Struts
Eibach Sportline Spring on Sedan Sport Struts
Hi guys,
I would like to ask would the Eibach Sportline springs (for Sedan) fit on the stock sport struts? I realize that there are two sets of number indicating the harshness of the springs:
Eibach G35 Sedan sportline progressive springs 1.6"/1.6" drop
F: 171/400 R: 285-502
I realize that the first one would be the initial rate, the latter one would be the final rate.. So does it mean that I need to change the struts to handle the "400" and "502" stiffness for the springs? I know that the stock struts could handle the initial rate for sure, but do I need to care the final rate?
Sorry if I ask the dumb question, but I already search for the whole forum and there are few topics cover both rates on the same spring.
Thanks!!!
