Angry Squealing Brakes on my '07' G35

I have a 2007 G35 sedan with less than 29,000 miles on it. My brakes started squealing, so I changed them FR and RR. I applied the silicone to the pads as well as making sure the metal shims were replaced as well. I also used "brake parts cleaner" on all parts before reassembly. Now that the brakes have been replaced, they squeal more than they did before. This was done on September 12. I understand that the first few stops will squeal a little. It's been over a month and it seems to be getting worst. The rotors are fine, and I noticed that the break wear indicator never touched the rotor. Is there any other option? will new rotors or spun rotors fix this? It's really becoming quite annoying. Please advise.

This is a general question, but since you have an 07 you might want to post in the V36 (07+) forum.

Getting rid of brake noises can be tough sometimes. It sounds like you did things right by replacing the shims and using silicone brake lube (Sil-Glyde I'd bet). The one thing you didn't mention is if the rotors were turned. That could help. Sometimes taking the pads off and reapplying brake lube can help. You could also try changing the clips. Sometimes the smallest change can make a difference. Good luck.
