New rotors too large?

Hi all, this is my first posting. I've had a 2008 G35x for about a year now (purchased used) and its time to replace the brakes up front. I had no problems with the pads that I purchased from Rock Auto, but I purchased some drilled/slotted rotors from a place called Full Stop Brake, Inc. (ocautosports.com) and I seem to be having a strange problem. They seem too large. Specifically, after I installed one and notice them scraping, I laid my old rotor on a new one and the new one was 5/16-inch larger diameter.
The result is that the new rotor rubs against the caliper and makes a nice grinding noise and rub marks on the caliper.

I had to complete the brake job with the old rotors but I was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem. Could I of been shipped rotors for a sport suspension version?

Measure the overall size of the rotor, if the rotor is 14" then they are sport brakes off the G37S.

Other than that, the G35 second gen and G37 haven't seen a brake revision to my knowledge.
