I was changing the rear pads on my '05 g35x this weekend and the slider part of the bolt was seized in and ended up snapping off. I was able to heat it and get it out, but I'm being told my the Infiniti dealership that they don't sell the bolt individually, it's part of the caliper assembly for $500. The Infiniti dealership is about 200 miles away, but I have a nissan dealership about 5 miles away. Is it possible a maxima slider bolt would be the same size?

 

I would get a used caliper off of ebay. Unless it's a brembo caliper, the OEM calipers can be had for dirt cheap from there.
