Rear Passenger Wheel Noise?

So I installed new TEIN springs on the wheel 2 days ago and since its been fine but tonight I noticed a sound coming from the rear passenger side wheel...

It doesnt happen when I accelerate only when I brake or just let the car roll... and it especially happens at lower speeds...

Also it only occurs periodically ... meaning the sound would happen and then go away and then happen again like a cycle... as if something was stuck on one part of the rotor and the caliper was grinding it?

Its not a squeaking noise... more like something brushing on something else kind of noise...

I dont know whats wrong or where to start.... anyone have suggestions/same problem?

Is it the spring?

Bump.... anyone?? Still have this issue... Now it has gotten progressively worse.

The noise would only go away if I accelerate. Once I stop accelerating (letting it roll) it would make the scraping/grinding sound.

If I apply the brakes (and have driven it for more than an hour) it would make a sound.
If I apply the brakes (and I've driven it less than an hour but more than 20 min or so) it won't make a sound.

Help please !!

** Also forgot to add I tried the 6'o clock and 12' o clock trick on the wheel and tried turning it for play... no play at all...

Just if anyone has a problem like this in the future... it was the wheel bearing and wheel hub.
