Has anyone heard of such a thing? I'm replacing my rotors and i had such trouble finding replacement rotors. It seems like the rotors on my coupe are bigger than normal. Same goes for my front brakes.

2003 and 2004 6mt COUPE come with Brembo stock. What calipers do you have Single Piston OEM, DUAL Piston OEM or Brembo OEM (GOLD)

someone must have swapped them before you bought the car because that is not how an 03-04 comes from the factory. Measure the rotors to see the size. '05 oem coupe brakes were bigger, but no longer Brembo. you can find specs on infinitihelp.com
