04 G35 6mt spring question

I read throught the whole springs and coils thread several times now, but still have a few questions.

I have an 04 G35 Coupe 6mt 108k. I'm looking at lowering my car ~1.5". Just enough to eliminate a good chunk of the wheel gap. Also, I would like to eliminate some of the roll the car has at 108k. It came with some 20" niche rims, so I don't want to go so low that I run into interference. Spacing on the front looks like it shouldn't be an issue (really might need a spacer if anything,) but rear could close when lowered.

Ultimately I would like the ride to be close to or slightly stiffer than stock since it's DD that will never see the track, and only some spirited driving on occassion. I know for sure I don't want to spend the money to lower it and have it softer, bouncing all over the place, and have more slop than stock.

From what I've been able to find I want something that's a linear spring with more than stock stiffness? The 2 that seem to come close are the Cobb (all but imposible to find) and the RS-R Ti/down. Paired with tokico d's or some bilstein.

However, I can't seem to decide on the RS-R's or something like the BC coilovers.

On my old 240 I had stance gr+ that came with it and ride was a more than a little rough, but I think the springs had been swapped. So my concern with coils is that they may be too stiff @ 10k.

Like most people in today's economy money is an issue and I'm looking at less 1500 with correcting the camber. I will probably upgrade the sways at some point as well, but that's in addition to the budget above.
