z suspension in a sedan, bad intermittent vibrations?

Just did a z swap on my sedan (struts and springs) and ran into a problem. I ended up having to leave the o.e. rear struts in for the time being because the lower strut bushing seized itself to the bolt, and I proceeded to shred it to pieces as I didn't notice. Since the dealer had to order new bushings, I tightened it back up, spun it around the block to no clunks or noises, and use it to get to work until my next days off. At around 60, it vibrates really bad from the rear, but if I go around a corner, sometimes it will disappear. Could the bushing shifting a whole 1/2" cause this? I got the bushings today, but they ordered the wrong bolts, so I'm still screwed. Any ideas? Springs are seated correctly in the rear.

Well I ended up double checking the front nd to no avail, and after re-seating the rear springs for giggles its still doing it. Possibility that the inner spring bucket got messed up when I swung the buckets down?
