When to replace rotors?

Dear gurus,

I apologize if this question has been asked many times. It is just so many posts here...

I have just measured my front pads and rotors and figured out that it is almost time for changing pads (inner - 2.5 mm). However, my front rotors are 22.4 mm thickness while maximum is 24 mm and minimum is 22 mm according to specs, so wear thickness is only 2 mm. It means that rotors are worn at 80%.

Do you think that I have to replace rotors too this time or 0.4 mm is enough in order to drive another few thousand miles? My rotors are in pretty good condition, surfaces are pretty smooth.

Thank you very much for your help!

Alex

P.S. It is 2003 5AT G35 sedan.
