Fortune auto out of those 3, but I would recommend saving a bit more and getting a set of KW's or something equivalent. I've run the cheaper brands myself, and drove/rode in many friends' setups, and sure it's fun and "cool" to have coilovers and be low, for a cheaper initial price, but you will end up seeing how crappy all of these struts are and end up paying more to buy something better.

Does anyone know how HIGH stance coils can go at their highest setting? I know BCs can get close to stock height.

I've never tried to get up to stock height on my Stance, but it looks to have the adjust-ability to go that high
