Lowering my G35 Please Help!

Hello everyone! I'm new to this so try and bare with me.
So I have a 2004 g35 coupe and I have a lowering kit installed (Megan racing kit) when I first got the car the guy before me had it slammed to the ground. The problem is that I don't live in the flattest area so I had to raise the car. So I raised the front end but couldn't get the back end for quite a while because of the rear wheel nuts.

Here's a pic of it with just the front raised.

Finally I got the rear nuts off the tire and raised the back end. Here is what the car looks like now.

I dont like the way it looks now at all, I want the back to be leveled with the front but the problem is that in the process of raising the back a few parts were damaged and I have no idea what they are called and where I could find replacements. The car still runs fine now but I cant lower it because of the coilovers I have on the rear drivers side will not go down any farther or come off. Their stuck and I have had my friend and I (Both pretty strong dudes) try and twist them off but the thing is just not wanting to come off. Now the passengers side is fine, I can move it down and everthing it's just the drivers side thats giving me problems. So I'm thinking I need to replace the coilovers, the thing that the coilovers are on (sorry I dont know the name) and the nut and bolt that are keeping the pan that holds the spring up because they are stripped.

Here's the nut and bolt.

Here's specifically what I need replaced.

If anyone knows somewhere I could get these parts cheap please tell me it would be very appreciated! Thanks everyone!

I personally would go to meagan racing directly for the spindle. I am sure they can send the part separately. Have you tried to spray penetrating oil on lock rings, and leave it over night?

The bolt, i would go straight to the dealer for that. One thing you don't want to do is throw a random bolt in there. Bolts are graded in strength, and you don't want to mess around with that.

I sprayed wd-40 on it but didnt leave over night because it was done today. I was actually going to try tomorrow and see if I could get it off.

And thanks that makes a lot of since. I mean would I just go up there and show them the bolt and be like I need a new one?

Use a flat head screw driver and a hammer.

+1

Pretty much the most widely accepted method of unsticking coilovers.
