Stance Coilover Question

I posted this in another section, but wasn't sure if it would be seen. I have been trying to find an answer after many searches on here and my350z, but have come up empty handed.

I currently own a 2006 G35 coupe and I am looking into purchasing Stance GR+ true coilovers either for a 350z or the g35 coupe.

I know that 350z coilovers are able to fit on the g35 coupe and I am wondering if it would be better to buy coilovers made for a 350z rather than for a G35 coupe due to the shorter distance the shock travels meaning less wear and tear since my coupe will be substantially lowered. My only issue would be the weight difference being that the G35 coupe is heavier than a 350z.

Any help into this issue would be much appreciated. Looking to purchase the coilovers within the next couple of days.

If you're getting the Stance true rear style coilovers it won't matter whether you want a G35 or 350Z setup, you're going to get the same part either way. This is true for a lot of suspension components, and there's almost never a separate part for the G35. The H-tech/S-tech lowering springs are about the only one I can think of offhand.

Take a look at Stance's website, you won't find the Infiniti G35 listed as one of their supported vehicles.

Stance coilovers are made only for the 350 z but happen to fit the g35. Just like a lot of arc parts. When I got my box in the mail it said z33 on the label
