I want to lower my car a bit, I've used Tein and Eibach in my past vehicles and are please with the drop. However I have just purchased an 07 Sedan Sport.. I know the sport suspension is upgraded a bit and already feels a little stiff. Has anyone added any of these brand of springs and if so, how harsh was the ride?? Any write up on how to change the rear springs??

i know i want coils 4sure or air ride, but just for now since im stock i would love a mild drop till i get my wheels ..
