Kido Coilovers

I have just recently started looking for coilovers for my G coupe. I came across a company out of Taiwan called Kido that makes BBK and coilovers. I was wondering if anyone has any input as to whether they are decent, trash, or a good buy. They offer 40 levels of dampening adjustment and have spring rates of 12k/10k with an OEM style setup. Thank you for any helpful information!!

Haven't heard of them before this point, but after looking on Google they seem like most other Taiwanese coilovers. 40 levels of damper adjustment is sort of a marketing thing. You won't be able to differentiate the difference between clicks at that point.

So would that be a bad thing since is more adjustment than other coilover companies? I can get these for under $800 shipped

It's not a bad thing, but you have to think of it this way. You're not REALLY getting that much more adjustment, it's just how many extra steps are in the middle between an open and closed valve.

Like I said, I've never heard of them up until this point, so if you want to give them a shot go for it.

Well thank you for the information sir! Youve helped me make my decision to pass them up. Saw very similar ones on ebay for a similar price so im guessing they are the same.
