I'm looking to buy the following part but all I find is the part# for the left side. Shouldn't there be one on the right too?

Also, can somebody confirm that the left side part#: 54618EG010

 

The part you're looking at the rear sway-bar end link. There is one on the opposite of the vehicle as well. Might try to google "G35 rear endlink" for part numbers. If you can't find an OEM one look at the aftermarket for options. There's a company called SPL that makes very good adjustable endlinks, they're not cheap but I've got a set and their build quality is amazing.
