Vibration coming from passenger front, rack and pinion going out?

I recently noticed a slight (annoying) vibration sound coming from my passenger front, only when i'm going 15-25mph, then it goes away. I have after market 19 inch 245 wheels, and megan coilovers, stillen sway bars, everything else stock. I know the camber is off some, and I do have front camber arms, I got off ebay I havent installed yet. its an 03 coupe s with 91k miles. I noticed the boot on the rack on that side looks dirty/wet but theres really not anything leaking in a noticeable sense (maybe its just starting I noticed it looked weird before the sound started)
Ive been told its something I could drive around with for awhile.. just curious if anyone can give me some advice for me.

Should i just replace the rack and put in adjustable camber arms? would I need tie rods? anything else to worry about? I'm somewhat knowledgeable about the parts, but still learning, any help would be appreciated! thanks

get the rack and pinion and see if it fixes it.. perhaps try rackdoctor.com..they seem to have the lowest price out there. never tried it myself though

had the same problem, check your wheel bearing - jack your car up (and make sure it's secure) and push/pull the wheel and see if it wobbles.
