what is this metal scrapping noise???(video)

hello

I recently lowered my 03 sedan onto bc coilovers. About three weeks after the install I started to get a metal on metal scrapping/grinding noise. The noise only occurs when I am going forward or turning right at 0-40mph. when in a neutral roll the sound still occurs and dsnt occur when in reverse. my buddy and I believe the dust shield is rubbing the back of the rotor or the rotor is old and warped rubbing on the pad. we took the wheel off and bent the dust shield pretty far back but the noise still occurs, so we are unsure if the dust shield is dented on the back or what. the brake pads still have some nice meat on them. Please watch this video and let me know what you think it is.Thanks

You members in NorCal are so nice to each other! That sound could be the backing plates but it could also be brake warning stops or wheel bearings. Pulling the wheel will give you the answer....Gary
