Was going to try to heat this sucker up to break it free. You guys think heat will do the job? I don't see any rust so not sure what I need to do.

Did you try a breaker bar?

I did. I put a lot of force down on that and it did not budge.

I may just need to give it another attempt with the pb blaster and brute force. The picture does not show it very well, but the bolt appeared to be fused/connected to the nut.

Drench it with some pb and let it sink in for a tiny bit, then breaker bar or wrench and hammer method and it should come free. Just seized up due to all the grime in there.

Use a jack on the ratchet handle / breaker bar - Just be VERY CAREFUL not to lift so much that the car comes off the jack stands. A second set of eyes on the stands may be helpful.

If you can find a piece of pipe that will fit over the breaker bar, this will give you more leverage. It really helps on stuck bolts like these. Just keep soaking it with PB. It isn't rusted and shouldn't be fused together. There isn't enough heat there.

Sparknotes: Moar muscle.
