Help with adjusting height Megan racing coilovers

Hi

Recently I have bought the Megan racing street series coilovers. I got everything installed correctly at a shop. So today I wanted to lower the front a bit more so I followed the instructions and tried to lower it. But for some reason it did not work
There is this black collar that is above the bottom perch which is connected to the brake lines. Do i need to remove it first?

Could someone that is rolling with the megan racing coilovers help me out?

I tried searching but could not find anything.
Thanks

Loosen the lower spanner nut and then twist the collar clockwise till it reaches ur desire ride height. The upper 2 nuts that are holding the spring, leave it alone.

Don't adjust the preload (the one holding the spring taut), you bring up the lower spring perch ONLY!

Megan Racing Street Coilovers

Hey,

Did you guys need to purchase addtional parts for the alignment. No one knows out here. Some were talking about getting a rear end strut bar. Thanks for any and all advise.

You'll want Front camber kit and rear camber kit with extended toe bolts (unless you have true style coilovers - then you can go with a toe arm instead of the extended toe bolts if you wish). Go with SPC or SPL brands only.

Strut bar doesn't relate to your aligning

Megan Racing Coilovers (alignment)

Ok, thanks! Anyone know where I can find the SPC for less than $426 bucks. I'm on a budget. Suspension is not cheap

ok i loosen the lower spanner nut then adjusted it to where i wanted to lower it and then i twisted the whole strut clockwise to lower it then tightened the lower nut back up, but when i put the wheel back on the ride height has not moved, now i have dramatically moved the whole strut up and down several times and it seem to do nothing!! it doesnt lower it or raise it. it does nothing! i cant seem to understand it
can anyone help?
