BC / Megan / D2 / Ksport / Stance are all the same. Recommendation would depend on what you are looking for. If you are just looking to lower the car, then anything will work and you should just focus on what spring rate you want. If you are actually looking for true performance to track the car, then none of them will work.

Turn your car on and crank your wheel to the right, go over to the front right wheel and take a pic of the front suspension and post it. Those are not just ebay springs. They have adjustable perches on them. In your case i would go with Tanabe Pro S-OC best bang for the buck and a quality product.

The thing about coilovers is everyone has a different opinion. What is your budget? I have Tanabe Pro-5 on my sedan and am very happy with them. the S-OC are pretty similar.

There are many things to consider when buying coilovers. I think based on whaty you have said you will be happy with a entry level coilover with fixed dampening for street use.

I have owned many Tanabe products for my S13 and my G35 and I have always been very happy. I trust a Japanese company over whoever makes BC racing coils. Thats just me.

Case solved you have Bilstein coilovers. You can go lower up front, and the rear looks like you might have 1/2 inch +. But turning those collars on that rusted perch could be a **** ****. Maybe you can pull them off and clean them up. You got a **** ton of rust whats the cond of the car?

How are you sure they are bilstein btw?(sorry for the annoyance im literally new to this stuff). Would you replace these coilovers over the Tanabe coilovers?
Im not really great with cars so im guessing I would have to tell a mechanic to pull them off and clean them up for me..

edit: the car condition is fine i believe.. 03 coupe with 94k miles on it for 11 grand, nothing seems to be wrong with the car, it runs fine and everything, also do you know if 03 g35s came stock with brembo brakes? cause mine look like they are brand new.. so idk if he put them on it recently or if he just took good care of it

heres a pic of my g.. when i first got it i kinda questioned why it was a bit low didnt think it was stock thats why i came on these forums asking what kind of coilovers i could have lol, i mean i dont wanna lower my car or raise it higher at all, my height looks perfect for me

those do appear to be bilstein I just dont understand how the rear spring perches got that rusty. I would see if you can get replacement perches. You have good coilovers there after all. I just have never seen them rust like that. This is pretty good news.

They just are. They are the only coilovers that look like that. Look at them and look at the picture above. It's just surprising to see them rusty but that happens I guess. Clean them up and replace anything that is too rusty or worn. Those are worth keeping. You lucked out

If you look in the picture you posted, you can see the "TEIN" in the end of "BILSTEIN" next to the 5/2004 markings on the springs.

Offtopic: wheels look hella sunk though, please get some spacers lol

I dont think my wheels look sunk lol, maybe its just a bad angle on that picture.. looks fine to me in person.

do you think it would be possible to remove the coilovers and everything to clean/get rid of thee rust? how much do you think a mechanic would charge for that job?

Suspension jobs are usually around 200-300 for a full install. I got quoted around that much for doing my springs and shocks and camber kit. You could try and give them a clean but I'm not sure if rust will be easy to remove.

Car looks good though, seems to be clean for an 03. I dig the front lip and the JDM badging and of course the projector headlights. Oh and the Brembo's were standard on 03-04 coupes I believe.
