Brake system losing pressure? Bad master cylinder, booster gasket, or Vacuum leak?

I was doing some maintenance on my G changed the brake pads last week. Today I was planning on changing the fluid as well. I hooked up my Motive power bleeder and pumped it up to 10 PSI and saw that the pressure was slowly dropping. I never really inspected the master cylinder until today. The fluid looked correct maybe a tad over the MAX line, but I think that's from when I pushed the pistons back when I changed the pads. The top of the master cylinder where it's attached the bottom plastic looks like there might be some fluid on it. Also, where the cylinder is attached the break booster (gasket??) looks a little wet also and there are some streaks down the booster where it looks like fluid dripped down. For the most part the whole area is dry and the brakes respond very good I barely have to press down on them. It looks like old fluid and nothing recent and I'm the original owner of the car and never remembered having any break issues before.

I'm not sure where I should start though to troubleshoot this problem? Everything looked good when I changed the pads no fluid anywhere.

If you have the time, clean off all of those parts in that track and dust the area with some dirt. If there are drips, then you can see them because the dirt will make this very obvious.

Thanks that dirt trick sounds like a good idea; I'll try that out when I get the chance.
