steering rack part number
Can anyone confirm the steering rack part number for a 2006-2007 coupe with active steering. There a a couple of different rack numbers that i know of:
49001-AM600 - 2003-2004
49001-AM800H - ??
49001-AM805 - 2006 - 2007
One of these is the 15.1:1 ratio rack that came with the active steering models, while all others are the normal 15.9:1 ratios. Does anyone which one is which?

hey, thanks for confirming I just came across that same part number tonight.
I'm actually looking to swap from the stock 15.9:1 rack to the 15.1:1 quicker steering rack without the rear steering component that comes on the G's with active steering. Looking for better steering response, something along the same lines as what BMW did with the m3 csl, which used a 14.5:1 rack vs the normal m3 15.4:1

Side question for you guys, but semi- related and not worth a new thread...
If you were able to track down a used rack (from slidegood.com or ebay or pull a part) is there any available rack rebuild kits that you've run across? I'm leaning towards a new rack as well but don't want to necessarily buy new if I can save a few bucks and rebuild one.
And it may be a stupid question but I have to ask because I don't know any better. I know the racks can be rebuilt on old Jeeps and Toyota SUVs but I haven't seen much info on our cars. Usually it's a pretty forward of new seals / bushings.
