G35 Coupe Tire Feathering

Hi All,

So I'm aware of the tire wear in the G35 coupe and the feathering issues.
I have 2004 G35 Coupe and have 19" wheels
Since I installed my new set of Hankook front tires I have now about 8000-10000 miles on them and they are not really worn out BUT they have the Feathering problem Mainly since the first 2000 miles on them.

I have been researching on this problem since then.

I know I have negative camber and I'm planning on installing SPC adjustable camber kit.
But I have heard from searching that if my tire is mainly feathering, then this is a Toe problem.
What can be done Exactly if it's a toe problem? I did three alignments when first got the tires but the noise keeps increasing.

Will installing the SPC camber fix the problem and the toe problem?
Do I need to replace bushings? When I did the alignments, they didn't tell me I have work bushings.

PLEASE I need Clear and definite answer As Possible because I'm planning on getting the SPC camber with new tires.

Thanks

What exact hankook tire? Some of them are very hard. Also, after your alignment did you notice it got out of spec really quickly? Check your bushings.

Your tires are wearing on the inside because of the camber, but unless they're wearing very quickly its not a toe issue. Besides, we have adjustable toe.

Get the camber kit otherwise you're only riding on the inside of the tire. As i said, toe is already adjustable. You most likely need new compression rod bushings and lower control arm bushings as well. The comp rod bushings keep the suspension square and I guarantee yours are bad unless you already have polyurethane.
