Drivers side creek in rear, not axle click!

Hey guys was wondering if someone could help me out. I got new rotors and pads a year ago, and I got my axle lubed last week but in my drivers side rear I'm getting a creek/clicking noise at slow speeds. Does not seem to happen in reverse, and is worse on rough terrain. I took it to the shop and they said they have no idea! Help me out please it's driving me insane

Maybe the caliper is stocking? See if it gets way hotter after a drive compared to the opposite side.
