Help! Wooble/Vibration After New Rotor

Put a new rotor and pads on my drivers side rear. Now my steering wheel is turned slightly to the right and while coasting at slow speeds I get a thump thump thump. It appears to be worse when turning to the left. No noticeable thump when accelerating or braking, only while coasting. Brake temperature on both sides appears to be the same so I dont think I have a caliper problem. I'm wondering if my alignment is somehow off from cranking on the caliper bolts too hard. Any input is appreciated!
