I had new tires put on my car and the guy said that he noticed the passenger side wheel seemed a little loose. he had someone hold the steering wheel and was able to move the wheel still a bit. is this a bad tie rod? or loose steering rack? bad bushing?

 

im getting the clunk when i turn my wheel to one side so im thinking its the tie rods

As far as replacements, do i need to spend the money on tein ? Or will i be fine with autozone brand tie rods ? This is not for drifting, just street use
