steering promblems!

04 G2dr
So this just started a week ago when im turning the steering wheel wont roll back, its tight on turns.
So i did my search driver, google, etc. and found out it could be my
steering pump, rack and pinion steering angle sensor or this pic below on the right side suspension a local mechanic said it s the steering pump.
What do you guys advice?

I know eBay is not the forums favorite thing...but my dealer got one for me but this is what he got... and that's after he changed the belt the pump and fluid <--- none of that worked until the coupling !
