Brake Pads just changed. Scraping Noise?

So I had my brake pads changed at the Nissan Dealership earlier today, drove the car home with no issues. Later I take the car out to get some food, have the windows down, and notice what i can only really describe as a light metal scraping or grazing sound coming from the passenger side when moving. It doesn't matter if I'm on the brakes or not, and the speed of the noise gets faster or slower based on the speed of the car

I have no vibration through the wheel or pedals, the car isn't pulling to either side when cruising or braking.

Before I call the dealer to have them take a look at it tomorrow, is this a common thing after a pad change that goes away after the pads are bedded in? Or a common installation error symptom?
