so I ordered and received the KYB kit to help our common issue with the rear shock mount bushings. ya know, how the bolt seizes and is basically useless? ok.
so now my issue is I have this new 4 piece kit, with a flat washer, metal sleeve, and 2 rubber bushings. and I HAVE NO CLUE how im supposed to make them fit into the rear shock mounting hole, and my oem size replacement bolt I purchased doesn't slide through the KYB kit either!
what the hell!
this is the kit. kyb sm5482

Do you have an actual picture of your issue? Hard to tell what's going on with generic vendor pics sometimes.

Damn, I didn't replace those bushings when I replaced the rear shocks. Is this something I should do asap?

To Op, the piece on the lower left goes on the bottom, with the round metal tray going in the middle, lip towards bottom, and the other rubber piece goes on top. The metal cylinder rod goes mostly into the bottom piece. Hope that helps.

I bought these and couldn't get them to fit. Luckily the rear shocks I bought came with new ones that did fit. Dead, if you wanna try them, I'll send you my kyb ones if you PayPal me a few bucks for shipping.
