Upgrading master cylinder on Brembo coupe

I have an 03 6mt Sport coupe, a Brembo car from the factory.

Bear with me here.. I'm looking for a more solid pedal. I did something similar years ago on a 1989 Nissan 240sx, with a z32 300zx turbo master cylinder, using JDM 180sx rotors and front calipers. I think those rotors and calipers cross over to the Maxima from the early 90's. The brake pedal felt so solid, I swear I could feel the cross drilling in the rotors thru the brake pedal... the harder I pushed, the faster the car stopped, almost manual braking feel.

I want that feeling on my coupe now. I was watching a video the other day that made me think of it.. a Toyota MR2, using a 4 Runner BMC that was direct bolt on, and gave a similar feel (according to Matt Farah who was driving it).

I'm wondering if the Nissan parts bin for the Armada or Titan might hold that same opportunity.

Anyone know?

I definitely have nothing for you on this. Just wanted you to have at least one response that wasn't yours lol.

PV=T, so you need to increase or decrease the MC piston to get what you want.

Typically an increase in size means more fluid moves for the same push (less effort) and smaller means more Effort for the same push.

true.. not sure about what that PV=T mumbo jumbo is but I know that if my stock BMC bore is say 7/8" then I'm looking for a BMC bore of 15/64" to get the brake feel I'm chasing
:P

Actually its just an idea.. the brakes are feeling pretty good lately with just the cross drilled rotors. I do need to upgrade the pads eventually though.

The master cylinder for an Armada is much larger and has 4 ports vs 2 on the G. Just did a quick look at parts on rockauto. I think that it would take a lot of effort to make it fit.

The 03 Brembo BMC is 1.0626" (aka 1-1/16") and the non-Brembo BMC is 1" on 03-07 coupes. The BMC on Akebono (sport) calipers on the G37 is also 1".

Doesn't look like there's as much variance in BMC sizes across the range like there was in the S-chassis. I've done the Z32 swap on an S13 and current S14, so pretty sure I know what you're looking for. Don't think you'll get the pedal to feel the same way.
